I have to agree with you on these context issues.  To words alone can't 
really say much about what the actual context is for the results.

"I really hate spam, but I love ham" would show up for the search string "I 
hate ham".  And you'd be surprised at how many people would use those stats 
to prove how much "ham" is hated.  :)  Anyway, I hardly want to add to the 
PayPal debate again, so I'll quit now.
