At one of the PENNFESTs, Allen Huffman set up a web cam and a voice chat
mode on his lap top.  Was kind of neet.

A phone line would have to be arranged for. GCCC should be able to handle
that for whoever is intereseted.

Could something be setup to handle a silient auction?
