[Coco] David Keil's CC3 emulator with 512/2meg support

Same for me.  The only Windows machine I have runs XP pro. I tried to set
the properties of coco3.exe to have EMS memory, and I tried different modes
of emulation (win 95, 98, 2000) and still no luck.
