I think I have one of those.  Mine is 26-3128, 64K Color 2 SN 0094866,
FCC ID AAO99R26-3128.  PCB is 8709416 REV B, DWG NO 1700235.

The video PCB has the MC1372P wiring for video out.  The plug is a
stereo 3.5 with video and audio out, which I paralled to a pair of
RCA plugs so I could use my regular A/V cables.
