most of the TV sets accept:

- composite video
- S-VHS
- component video

but they don't accept the CoCo's RGBHV with 16kHz. Their VGA input (when
used as a computer monitor) starts at 31kHz.

Actually they already contain a device like the AL250/251 but driven in
YUV not RGB mode.

Their are special flat panel monitors for industrial purposes (e.g.
replacing the burned in composite monitors in CNC machines) which would
work but they are VERY expensive.
