[Coco] power levels out of a multipack

Hi,

	The rated currents are probably the worst case
"spin up" currents. Unless you plan to set the drives
inactivity timer, you only have to worry about it at
power on.

P.S.:	Did you know that full size IDE drives also
	respond to the inactivity timer?
