[Coco] power levels out of a multipack

there you go... I have another 2.5" drive I was planning
to use in a CoCo, a PrairieTek model 120. Was thinking it
was 120 MB, the "ideal" CoCo HD size for HDB-DOS and NOS-9
together...

Hooked it up the other day and it turns out to be
only 20MB. And loud! oh well.
