At the moment, there is no rel_50Hz in the distribution package. This 
module is used/will be used  to select the number of ticks per second. 
Clock refers to a 50/60Hz conditional but clock2 does not.

At the moment there may not be a way to os9gen a 50Hz boot disk without 
assembling a 50Hz rel. I'm not sure about this. Clock_50Hz must be used 
during an os9gen.
