[Coco] NitrOS-9 newbie needs some help

First you must have functioning OS-9 system. Then you use the Boisy 
releases to os9gen a new boot disk using the clock_50hz module. So if 
you don't have a functioning OS-9 system you are stuck because all the 
releases use clock_60Hz.
