[Coco] deuce memory bandwidth?

Hi Kevin,

I've been writing 1 byte per clock while the coco bus is running at its
.89MHz rate. I don't know of a reason why you couldn't do the same at
1.78 MHz.

	Anyone know what the memory bandwidth for the deuce is? Is
it one byte per two cycles (cycle == 1.78 MHz?)? If this is correct
it would make single cycle instructions kinda useless without an
instruction cache, right?
