[Coco] Server upgrade cost: We're done

Hi,

	I realize it is alot of work to fish real posts out of the sea of
spam, but if you are going to do it you should also think about:

	a)  Changing the subject from "auto-discard notification", and
	b)  Notifying the sender that list membership is required to
	    post.

	I don't recall the list page mentioning that last point.
