I wouldn't think a large amount of memory is really necessary for an 
embedded, special purpose controller. 64K should be sufficient, maybe 
256K at the most. If you want to make a stand-alone computer out of it, 
that's a different story! The embedded function would just need enough 
to do whatever specialzed task though.
