The Unravelled (wish they had spelled this correctly) sets contain 
detailed memory maps for all Coco units.
Several of the web pages maintained by contributors to this news group 
also have memory maps and much other information. Search on Google.

There probably aren't any books on the 6809 in publication but look in 
libraries for books by Lance A. Leventhal on the 6809.
