For those needing good customer service, or any customer service at all, I 
suggest not ever signing up with doteasy.com hosting services.  I have not 
recieved one single response about why the web site has not been restored 
after an upgrade was acknowledged on midnight of the 17th.  Their stats are 
showing the upgrade and higher quota is in effect, yet... nothing when you 
hit the site.

I just wanted to let folks who like visiting the site to know that I have 
been on these people pretty heavily because of this poor service, and that 
I have no clue (due to no responses at all) at how long they will take 
eating their peanut butter & jelly sandwiches before they decide to flip 
the "on" switch back on down there at the rack house.  I am also going to 
deman that 2 days worth of time go on credit since they are sitting on this 
and doing nothing that even hints that they are trying.

Again, if you're looking for customer service at all, good or bad, look 
somewhere other than this shameful hosting company.
