[Coco] Questions

Hello fellow CoCo users.
I have two questions today.
1. When I type "DOS" enter in M.E.S.S. emulator (version 74) with
nos96309l2v030200_ds40_2.os9 mounted on DRIVE 0, the screen clears and I get
the "OK" message.

2. I am experimenting with RGBDOS. How do I create a "zero byte file called
coco3.vhd in your emulator directory?"
