Bonjour, Pierre. (My high school and college French is so old and unused
that that is all I can confidently say in proper French grammar. I spent
several minutes laboriously translating your message as well as I could,
before realizing there was an English translation, or an approximation to
one, after the original message.) Anyway, what you describe sounds pretty
much like a bad 6809 chip. You might try unplugging it and plugging it in
again to see if the problem is merely oxidation on the pins, but most
likely it needs to be replaced.
