[Coco] CoCo Development

As part of my upcoming site related to CoCo games, I am trying to list the
various development systems/programming languages that were used on a CoCo
or on a modern system to make a CoCo game. I'm compiling my list from what
I see here: https://colorcomputerarchive.com/repo/Disks/Programming/

And the various magazine ads I come across from Rainbow, Hot CoCo, TCCM,
etc.

Couple of programs I hope someone can help identify:
* Game Writer (Tandy)
* IAPL
* SDS80C
* Urbane
* Simon

Is there a big difference between LOGO and SuperLogo? I had assumed
SuperLogo took advantage of the CoCo 3 features? I've never used LOGO and
when I think of it, I think of boring Turtle Graphics. Fun for making
shapes but that's it. Did/Can people use it to make a game?

Was there ever a Modula-2 for OS-9? I came across a reference to Modula09
in a Japanese magazine for a 6809 computer. Wondering if Microware sold it
only in Japan or if it was a local product.

Aside from the various Assemblers/Cross- Assemblers, are there any
programming languages or unique IDE on modern machines that I should be
aware of beyond CMOC? GNU has always been on peripheral vision... GNU C and
C++? (I have no idea)

Also, I could swear there was a CoCoCrew Podcast that mentioned someone
working on a JAVA-like tool that used a VM. That was long ago...I could be
wrong.

Anyways, I want to be sure I cover all the potential IDEs/programming
languages that can make a CoCo game, whether that's on a CoCo or on another
machine. Criteria being that it needs to compile to a BIN, have an
interpreter or a run-time library that runs on a real CoCo.

Thanks everyone for the assistance.
