[Coco] 1702 monitor

Probably better to get the s-video  mod and get chroma and luma from there. It won't look nearly as good if you try to separate them from the composite output for reasons given below.

Oops, I made a mistake.  The back of the 1702 monitor has 3 rca jacks,
chroma, luma and audio.  Is it possible to split the composite video out of
the cc3 into chroma and luma?
