[Coco] Problems with Nitro Daily Build in Vcc and Windows10

[David Ladd]

You only need to use the Becker disk images if you want to boot from
DriveWire server.  Otherwise you can use kwikgen to edit the OS9Boot file
and add in the required modules to use DriveWire.  Then add in the optional
modules depending on the features you plan on using.
