Yes, and note with Pere’s extended DOS, a few things are different from SDC DOS.

Dragon drives are 1 and 2 rather than 0 and 1.
To list a directory on the SD card, SDIR rather than DIR-.
To mount a disk SDRIVE 1,”IMAGE.VDK”
