Success!
The cocoflash will now detect the presence of a the RS speech /sound pak
Why is this important?
The program now detects if a speech pak is connected. If it does not find the pack it sets a flag that tells the program to skip the entire portion of the MENU that contains the speech phonics. This speeds up the program since it's not reading through 100 lines of speech
