[Coco] Nitros9 boot disk

If I remember correctly, a Y cable doesn’t like having two pieces of hardware at the same address (which a floppy controller and the CocoSDC, since it emulates one, would be), so they will argue with each other as to who is supposed to respond. Y cables were more meant for hardware at completely different addresses (and fully decoded).
