[Coco] DOS based Software to write DSK images?

The T2000 used the same keyboard but had a 5-pin DIN instead of the T1000s
8-pin DIN. They sometimes go on eBay for less than T1000 keyboards, if you
don't mind the slight amount of work to change out connectors.
