Remember there are two different keyboards. The early SE style and the later models like the RL

Tandy 1000s are now really cheap on eBay, but the Keyboard is unique to the series and there are no modern adapters or subsitutes, so be sure and buy one with a keyboard, or have one before you buy. Keyboards sell for $50 to $100 but machines are $50 to 100, I just bought a nice looking machine with 5.25 & 3.5 floppies for $55 + S&H (no keyboard) so I will have 4 machines and 5 keyboards. Several of the keyboards need a good cosmetic makeover. I have a 1000 with dual floppies and I put in an XT-IDE-CF card which uses a 2Gb Flash card to emulate a harddrive. I have 2 1000SX and 1 1000TX (this is the one to have it is an 8 bit bus but uses an 80286 processor)

Playing with these machines is fun, I had a Coco2 and then a 1000SX back in the day

That is cool :) I never had a Tandy 1000 series computer but at one time did want one. :D

Well the DOS based utilities I used back then were the ones that came with
Jeff Vavasour's CoCo emulators.
