[Coco] Creating a DSK image the SDC card and other questions

I have read the manual on the SDC card. 

 

They have a tutorial on making a DSK image, however, can more parameter be
used such as image size other than DRIVE 0,"<filename.DSK",NEW?

I also want to make a HD image. What tools do I need to create this?

 

Is there a ready made NitrOS9 6309 CoCo3 image that will support drivewire
with the SDC card?
