[Coco] Altera DE1 for sale

Dave, thank you for mentioning the sale of these boards and also for mentioning this about the Quartus version. I was unsure which version to use, although I had read (somewhere) that using the latest (and greatest) version wasn't recommended for the DE1, so I was cautious, but was not sure which was the best version for this board. I think the version of Quartus that comes with the DE1 is version 6 or 7. Since version 13.0 SP1 is the last version to support the Cyclone II series then it is probably the best one to install and use.
