[Coco] Possible CoCo3FPGA Analog board run

Yes, the CoCo3FPGA has been ported to the DE2 although I don't know how
current the most recent port is. Leslie Ayling did the port. It's
pretty much a pin swap, I think, with the exception of setting up a PLL
for a fixed oscillator that's missing on the DE2 and a slightly
different video DAC on the DE2. The expansion connectors are the same
size and spacing but since the DE2 board is slightly wider than the DE1
I don't think Ed's new plexi cover will fit. But, in theory, the
expansion board could be made to work on a DE2.
