[Coco] Possible CoCo3FPGA Analog board run

Hi Eddy,
I think the CoCo3FPGA project has been ported to the DE2 IIRC, but I don’t
have one, some I’m unsure of how it would match up with the analog board.
I guess I’d recommend using the DE1 as that’s what most others would be using
and that will match up for certain with the analog board.
