[Coco] Window switching bug in NitrOS9 3.3.0

I'll check my keyboard again to make sure all the keys are working using a basic09 routine I'll whip up to check key presses. If the keyboard works then maybe I'll have to try the 'newest' nos9 3.3.0, or go to an older version.

I just tested my 3.3.0 on my real CoCo 3.  I have tested the CLEAR key and
SHIFT+CLEAR key on multiple CoWin and VDG windows.  It looks like it
switches between the windows in both directions as expected for me.
