[Coco] NitrOS9 question

I am now starting to think there is something in the shell that requires
some sort of support from the VTIO module. Maybe some mouse support is
written into it or something? Does anyone have an old, basic version of
Shell I could play around with? I have experimented with starting up
NitrOS9 on T2 (headless) and I can actually modify the sysgo program to
run other programs on startup and they seem to be ok. It's just
something about Shell...
