[Coco] CocoPi3 "PacoOtaktay Winter 2017-2018 Edition" now available

Bill,

Where can I get the 4.3.4e?  I am still running 4.3.3o.  Perhaps this is
why I could not successfully create a configuration with multiple
instances.  If I can ever get back to real hardware will want a serial bit
bang instance and a one or more TCP/IP instances on the same server.
