[Coco] lwtools build error - looking for fuse.h

Good to know. I had executables, but wasn’t sure if I had all of them it was supposed to build.

I updated and rebuilt everything, and now just need to get the new files over to my actual CoCo. It’s been awhile and I’ve forgotten my method. I think I made a script file to blast them to my .dsk hard drive image or something simple like that.
