[Coco] lwtools build error - looking for fuse.h

Allen, that's not lwtools, cocofuse is in toolshed (2 completely different products and builds). Fuse has been erroring with a warning for years, but never fatal. I have no clue what's happening. I use windows and it builds fine (with a warning or 2), though I haven't checked it lately.
