[Coco] Electronic Computer Festival Badge Idea

Oh, and whomever decides to design this badge: I've got a bunch of 
27C256 OTP EPROMs in 32-pin PLCC packages.  They're much smaller than a 
28-pin DIP and surface mountable of course.  I could let a batch of 'em 
go for 40 cents apiece if anyone needs 'em.
