[Coco] Interesting problem with multi-pak and CC3 and OS9L2 / Nitros9

Well it would be interesting to get feedback from the community. Coco 1,
coco 2, coco 3, mpi model number, whether upgraded and peek value. One of
my mpis gives a false positive for "upgraded" (126). The other gives 0 when
I think if I unupgraded it should be 255. This connected to a coco 3.
