[Coco] Fuzix build and image preparation instructions

Hi Brett,

I think you sent out some build instructions for fuzix some time back.  The part I really needed that I never got working before on my own was how to prepare the disk images and I was able to follow along with your instructions and got it working.  Can you send that along again?
