I'm reasonably confident on the 15720 -- non-interlaced 262 lines per
frame, 60 frames per second (15720 lines per second).  Interlacing
would go to 262.5 lines per field, 2 fields per frame, 30 frames per
second (15750 lines per second). Technically for true NTSC there is
a factor of 1000/1001 in there too (which is probably the source of
your 15734 number), but I don't think (?) the 6847 knows about that
part of the spec -- YMMV! I should re-check the datasheet...
