[Coco] Version 0.1.20 of CMOC C-like compiler released

Hi Guys,
I have CMOC running quite well on Cygwin.  If you need any help, just let me know.  My current Cygwin setup is Cygwin x64 running on Windows 7 x64.  I have also been building the NitrOS-9 repository on this very same setup among a great many other software packages I've experimented with.
