[Coco] BMP to Semigraphics 24 Converter

Hi,

I am working on a converter to create S24 screens that can be loaded into
Robert Gault's viewer.  I posted to the coco forum here
<http://www.tandycoco.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=376> where you can see
images of what I am getting for output.  I have made progress and am
getting images that are CLOSE to what I want, but am struggling to figure
out what I am doing wrong.  I would appreciate anybody's insight.
