[Coco] CoCoMax 3.5 Hi-Res / Hi-Res Adapter

The standard Tandy interface won't work with CoCo Max 3 or Max-10 without
modding it with the switch that Robert mentions.
Though I also vaguely remember patched versions that might have.
I also think Color Max 3 worked with the standard Tandy interface.
