[Coco] MShell Update

Hi Bill,

Thanks very much for the opportunity to assist you a little bit with testing on my CoCo3FPGA.  Your MShell program has been an awesome addition to my NitrOS-9 software.

If I use the Internet Updater from within my last version, will I get the latest version, or do I have to download the installation disk?
