[Coco] RGB2VGA Converter and Wordpak2+ PCB Update

I was off work for a week about a month ago with some bug, not fun! Glad you are getting better and appreciate the update. 

Can't wait to get the board when finished! I'll have my CoCo 3 upgraded to 512K by then and a monitor ready to go. :)
