[Coco] DEMO of CoCoBoot2

Yup, CCB itself works on a real CoCo2 and CoCo3. The new-style os9
booting works only with a CoCo3.

The project is far from fully tested on real hardware it supports.
Most of my testing has been in the various emulators JCC, MESS, Xroar.
I also don't have a tremendous amount of hardware for my CoCos.  I
have no way of testing the SCSI support, for instance.
