[Coco] CoCo SDC - Payment, shipping information, & update

Hi Roni (and anyone else who missed getting on the first list),

All of the boards in this run have been spoken for.
However, I’m going to do another run immediately after this one
to make sure everyone has a chance to get an SDC.

I can put you on the list for that batch if you like.
Options, prices, etc will be the same as the earlier run.
