[Coco] .BIN to .ROM

It was very simple...
Make sure the code and data for the CoCo 1/2 part of the game shows up
in part rom the CoCo 1/2 can see. The extra space the CoCo 3 can see
was used mostly for the CoCo3 graphics and sound fx data.
It should be noted that the game logic (Object Execute Engine) and Level
Dataset was the same in both CoCo 1/2 and CoCo3 version of the game.
The only real code what change between the two version was the Graphics
engine and the Sound system using the programmable timer.
