[Coco] .BIN to .ROM

Perhaps knowing (if you have not already mentioned) which BIN you're
wanting to put into an EPROM. If the BIN can be loaded into $C000 and EXEC
from there, then wouldn't it also work in a cart EPROM?
As an aside, some 'online' carts have BIN for the filename extension.
