[Coco] Fest Ideas was Aaron's apology and Coco Contest Results

Allen made the proxy at the very end of the fest.
I think this is a great way to sell the remaining things. Let's say, people
who really attend the fest always have the priority to buy and the
leftovers could be proxified only for active and known members of the
community. There won't be bidding, they will pay a full fair price which is
better than any evilbay prices.
All the people who besides me also bought with the help of Allen were known
ones. Also limiting the quantity of goods per person would avoid hoarders
and resellers.
