Your CF has a NitrOS9 partition before the DECB disks. DEBC disks start at
HDBDOS offset. That is what I'm looking to add to the Toolshed utilities.
If you know the offset that your HDBDOS uses, you can tell dd to seek to that
point before reading the input. Then it will work.
