[Coco] 6 Pin CoCo Joystick?

The 5 pin DIN on the CoCo 1 and 2's joystick port is actually spaced the
same as a 6-pin DIN, it's just missing the middle pin. In the CoCo 3, the
middle pin was used for the second fire button as Brian mentioned.-John
