[Coco] DriveWire on the DE1

With Gary Becker's awesome work, we now have DriveWire fully running on the CoCo 3 FGPA project on the DE1.  Currently the CoCo polls the data from the server, but Gary has made an interrupt feature available which we will be taking advantage of soon.

Running the CoCo 3 at 25MHz on the DE1 with DriveWire is an amazing experience.  Thanks Gary for your hard work.  I know this will only get better with time.
